F + B Team National 3 Peaks Challenge

Members of the Form + Build team along with some invited guests have signed up to take on the iconic national 3 Peaks challenge in June this year. This event requires a great deal of preparation and endurance, and involves climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales, all within a single 24-hour period.
