Paul is the owner and managing director of Form and Build and has many years’ experience within the construction industry, specialising in commercial and industrial roofing. He has a degree in mechanical engineering attained at Salford University.

He holds an Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management and SSSTS.

As an ex-RAF serviceman who once worked on bomb disposal, Paul has acquired invaluable skills such as critical thinking, problem solving and leadership. Another past profession of Paul’s is karaoke DJ when he spent 2 years working in pubs and clubs around Blackpool – he has many interesting stories to tell…………… He can hold a tune and has been known to sing on occasion.

A father to 2 young children Paul likes to stay fit. He can be found lifting weights in the gym and working up a sweat on the spin bike. He has also taken part in the Tough Mudda event, and on a dry weekend is partial to an early morning walk, usually up Winter Hill to the summit – Rivington Pike, with his best (furry) friend in tow.

Lisa is our Director of Compliance and is responsible for ensuring the company conforms to law, regulation and ethical standards. Day to day this includes monitoring staff adherence to company policy and procedure. She manages relationships with regulatory bodies and maintains accreditation status with CHAS, Constructionline, Safecontractor, Avetta and NFRC membership.
She has worked for 2 other businesses within the construction sector, with experience of quality management systems and audit procedure and industry standards. Prior to joining Form + Build she worked in hospitality as a race day coordinator at Haydock for The Jockey Club.

When not in work she aims to keep fit with strength training and enjoys walks with the dog. The rest of the time her and Paul’s extremely energetic son and daughter keep her on her toes as she taxi’s them round to their various dance, karate and swim clubs. She has Italian roots, with Venice, Lake Garda, Portofino, Milan and Puglia being some of the areas shes visited. She hopes to visit many more.

Martin is our Senior Project Manager and oversees the planning and delivery of our industrial and commercial projects. He has many years’ experience in his field and works hard managing the project team to ensure work is delivered safely, on time and within budget. His qualifications include Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management, CSCS Skilled Worker, IPAF, CISRS Scaffold Inspection, First Aid and crucially, Martin holds CITB SMSTS certification.

Martin has a positive, approachable demeanour. As well as being great at his job he has a wicked sense of humour and can always be relied upon to boost team moral.

When he’s not at work Martin loves spending time at his caravan with his family and beloved dog. He is a devoted Liverpool fan and would one day love to buy a motorhome and travel around Europe.

As Senior Estimator/Quantity Surveyor Jonjo is responsible for accurately calculating project cost taking into account labour, equipment and materials. He is heavily involved at the tender stage and uses his negotiation skills to gain quotes from suppliers and use this information to compile detailed cost proposals to clients. Post tender he is responsible for client valuations and invoicing along with supplier/sub-contractor valuations and payments.

Jonjo has a young family and in his spare time is keen on keeping fit. He has completed multiple Ironman Triathlons and now competes in Hyrox events. He even has his very own ice bath to alleviate aching muscles and spend time contemplating his next challenge!

Matt Greenwood is a Senior Project Manager. He has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years starting out on a construction management training scheme, gaining experience in all departments whilst achieving a HNC in construction civil engineering.

Prior to Form and Build Matt worked for various main contractors / subcontractors specialising in all forms of roofing, cladding and rainscreen facades both in commercial and residential sectors working on projects ranging from 10k up to 10m. Past roles have included contracts supervisor, contracts coordinator and site manager before progressing into a project / contract’s manger role over the last 12 years, a great achievement in his career.

Matt is always willing to expand his knowledge of the ever-changing industry. His qualifications include, Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management, SMSTS, CSCS, HNC Construction and Civils, IOSH Managing Safely, PASMA, UKATA. He is also first aid trained.

Matt is a motorcycle enthusiast and loves nothing more than to travel on 2 wheels with his lovely other half whilst experiencing beautiful scenery with good food and drink along the way. He also enjoys watching motorcycle racing such as the Isle of Man TT. When he’s not project managing, other interests are hiking and woodwork / upcycling.

Adam is a Senior Projects Supervisor at Form + Build, overseeing the day-to-day supervision of projects across all areas of the company’s operations. He is responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and client satisfaction.

Adam holds SSSTS certification, Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management and is a qualified First Aider. He will soon be undertaking his SMSTS qualification as part of his continued professional development towards becoming a Project Manager. With over 20 years’ experience in the roofing industry and a hands-on background in slating and tiling, Adam brings extensive technical knowledge and practical expertise to every project.

Kerry is our dedicated in-house bookkeeper, responsible for keeping Form & Build’s finances organised, accurate and running smoothly behind the scenes. With a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach, she plays a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring the business operates efficiently day to day.

Kerry is currently working towards her CIMA qualification, further strengthening her financial expertise and commitment to professional development. Her proactive mindset and drive to continually improve make her a valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Kerry enjoys long walks with her American bulldog, Brutus, spending quality time with her family, and—if you invite her to an event—there’s a strong chance she’ll be the one buying the shots.

Arnold joined Form & Build to strengthen the team’s wellbeing strategy and take a firm stance on work-life balance (particularly the “life” part). As our official Emotional Support Animal, he specialises in stress reduction, lunchtime walk coordination, and unannounced desk visits.

With a strong background in tail-wagging, meeting supervision, and biscuit procurement, Arnold plays a key role in maintaining office morale. He is especially skilled at sensing when someone needs a break — or when someone has food.

Arnold’s core values include loyalty, consistency, and sitting in the warmest spot in the office. Outside of work, he enjoys long walks, strategic napping, and providing non-judgemental support during deadline week.
