Form + Build completed this large scale roofing project delivered whilst the site continued to operate 24/7. Works consisted of:

– Application of a 25 year coating system across approximately 11,000sqm
– Replacement of 1,500sqm of rooflights
– Installation of approximately 500m of membrane backed steel gutter liners
– Waterproofing of 40 redundant smoke vents using bespoke fabricated capping details
– A secondary Siphonic drainage system was installed to support the existing gravity drainage, further improving long term performance
