This project was a comprehensive refurbishment, transforming an existing industrial unit into a modern fully functional space – now fully let and occupied.

Works included:

– Full replacement of asbestos cement roofing and wall cladding with modern composite systems
– Replacement of the existing flat roof with a new built-up flat roof system
– External works including new doors (roller shutter included), car park resurfacing and external decoration
– Internal reconfiguration and refurbishment including office re-purposing and removal of the warehouse mezzanine
– Installation of new LED lighting, internal fire doors and vinyl flooring
– Full internal decoration to office areas
