Form + Build were given the challenge of a transforming 2 industrial units.

The first unit was given a full internal overhaul with works consisting of:
– Soft strip demolition, removing the shower block and flooring
– Fresh internal decoration in a clean black and white finish
– Installation of compliant fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
– New epoxy resin flooring to the warehouse and vinyl flooring to the toilet areas

The second unit received a full comprehensive internal upgrade with works including:
– Revamped flooring throughout
– Replacement fire doors
– Installation of compliant fire alarm and emergency lighting system

Both units have been upgraded to modern standards improving safety, functionality and overall appearance.
