Following a chemical fire Form + Build were appointed to fully refurbish this property. Works included inspection of and replacement of supporting steel work, re-clad of the entire property, update of internal and external decorations and installation of new electrics.
The works included having to split the property into separate units which met building regulations and fire compliance.
